I am Jenice Prather-Kinsey, a candidate for Shelby County Commissioner District 8. I am prepared and eager to bring my skills and experiences to this office, full-time, with a drive to partner with and achieve results for all Shelby County residents. My vision is governance that partners with the citizens of Shelby County. Leveraging new approaches to set standards and adopt quality programs for continuous improvement.
